About Rapid Transformational Therapy
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a revolutionary form of therapy developed by the internationally acclaimed writer, speaker and therapist Marisa Peer. She noticed that many of her clients were looking for a method to change their behaviour quickly and permanently. Having more than 30 years of experience in the field of therapy and behavioural change, Marisa Peer strived to create a new program which she eventually named Rapid Transformational Therapy. The power of this innovative form of therapy lies in the fact that it delivers fast and permanent results. This makes RTT unique compared to all the common forms of therapy. To establish a permanent positive transformation you will only need one to a few sessions of 90 minutes in length, depending on the person and their issue. Rapid Transformational Therapy fits therefore perfectly within our hectic lives in which we always aims to solve our problems in the most efficient way possible.
How does Rapid Transformational Therapy work?
RTT is a hybrid form of therapy. It combines the most effective components of hypnotherapy, NLP, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. These advanced techniques utilize the power of our subconsciousness. More often than we realize, our behaviour is greatly affected by our life experiences which obstruct personal development and success. Rapid Transformational Therapy enables us to break out of these negative patterns by determining the underlying cause and associating a new meaning and interpretation to these specific experiences. A RTT-session in practice
Hypnotherapy is an essential part of Rapid Transformational Therapy. The techniques of RTT are very advanced and make use of deep relaxation, regression and hypnotic conditioning. This enables you to communicate with your subconsciousness. At the beginning of the session you will be put under hypnosis, which is a comfortable and relaxed state. We can then start our journey to uncovering the past experiences that make their way into the present life. By recognizing the existence of certain patterns you can actually associate new emotions and interpretations with these experiences. The secret is that it is not the actual experience that impacts your life, but that your interpretation of that experience is affecting you. It is therefore possible to break out of old patterns and unwanted behaviour by changing this interpretation. After a session you will always leave with a feeling of understanding, freedom and empowerment.
